Tasting from 08.09.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Fragrant nose, of freshly baked bread, blackberries, some Mediterranean herbs, then delicate strawberry confit and smoke. On the palate grippy, with fine aromatics of blood and iron, elegant fruit sweetness, embedded in savoury tannin, punchy.
