Tasting from 20.02.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Sparkling ruby with medium density, brightening rim. Very clear, lots of cherry and blood orange characterize the aroma of the wine, with some saffron in the background. Fine-meshed tannins, juicy cherry, then somewhat slowed down in the finish.
