The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Tenuta Carobbio has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, flint ruby red colour with a brightening rim. Fragrant nose, nuances of flint, precious wood, with fine yellow fruit flavours, peach, also on the palate, strongly reminiscent of a white wine, not very typical of the place, although well-made.
