It has a dark ruby colour, with a purple tinge. There are fragrant and vivid aromas of juicy plum, cherry compote, and delicate mint, with an aftertaste of sweetened violet blossom. It is juicy on the palate, vividly unfolding across the tongue, with plenty of fruit, and beautiful nuances of cassis. It is substantial, with a long finish, and it will age excellently.
