Deep dark, elegant ruby red. Great, fragrant nose, inviting, of fresh mint, ripe red berries, elderberry, blood orange, slightly reminiscent of pink peach. Hearty on the palate, with fine balsamic notes, rosemary, pine needles, plus fine earthy tones, straightforward, fine, has benefited greatly from bottle ageing.
