The white wine Fiorano Bianco Semillon Lazio Bianco IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Tenuta di Fiorano has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points.
Intensely bright, rich golden yellow. On the nose, notes of cold smoke and flint, savoury nuances of fennel and aniseed, then aromatic hints of orange peel. Very vivid on the palate, with clearly defined fruit, the well-integrated acidity adds juiciness, notes of grapefruit and lemon zest on the finish.
