The red wine Brunello di Montalcino, vintage 2012 from the winery Tenute Donna Olga has been rated in 2017 by Kiem, Othmar with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Sparkling garnet red. Beautifully worked out, present fruit, lots of cherry, some cedar wood in the background. Lots of fine, polished tannins on the palate, juicy and with lots of fresh fruit, lingering and salty on the finish.
