Sparkling ruby with garnet rim. Shows fragrant, appealing notes on the nose, lots of tobacco, dark blackberries, lots of ripe cherries. Dense and taut, rich with ripe fruit, especially blackberry, then opens up with firm, full-bodied tannins, lots of pressure on the finish.
