Tasting from 17.01.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich garnet red. Closed on the nose, needs air and time, aromas of black elderberry, light savouriness. Opens hesitantly on the palate, then with a full body and many layers. Slightly metallic in the finish, like ink. Still needs time in the bottle.
