Rich, dark ruby; intense and dense nose, of undergrowth, then lots of ripe blackberries, dark cherry fruit, inviting; very juicy in the attack and finish, lots of dark berry fruit, unfolds with mountains of fine-meshed tannin, builds up layer by layer, shows power and also elegance, very long finish.
