The red wine Asiram Toscana IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Tenuta La Massa has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 99 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Powerful, lively ruby colour with a slight garnet hue. Very rich and expressive nose, full flavours of blackberries and blueberries, then also notes of dark chocolate and liquorice, a little cardamom in the background. Lots of sweet texture on the palate, ripe dark berry fruit, unfolds with fine-meshed tannins in many layers, with full drive on the finish.
