Bright straw yellow with green highlights. Spicy, mineral, and fruity on the nose, with notes of flint, sage leaf, lime, and subtle hints of nettle. Fresh and juicy on the palate, again with lime, along with peach and mint; light to medium-bodied, with a hint of grapefruit in the lingering finish.
