Tasting Notes
Bright, shining rose colour. Complex on the nose, hearty and multi-layered, red berry, raspberry, wild berry, a hint of orange zest, then wet stone, also some grapefruit, with slightly cold smoke in the background. Balanced and vivid on the palate, it spreads elegantly, delicate fruit texture, wonderfully integrated mousse, it is balanced and harmonious all the way to the finish.
