Tasting Notes
Brilliant old rose with persistent mousse. Ripe redcurrants and fresh plums on the nose, followed by fennel and lemon. On the palate a great fruit texture, open-hearted, juicy on the palate, then unfortunately stops abruptly at the back and tastes slightly of bitter almond on the finish.
