Rich lustrous golden yellow with green reflections. Pronounced aromas of fresh toast and light nougat, banana and ripe mango and some hazelnut cream on the nose. Juicy in the mouth, with nice interplay between fresh acidity and the fine mousse; ripe pineapple and brioche, taut, with finesse and texture and a long finish.
