Tasting Notes
Delicately shimmering salmon colour with golden accents. Finely drawn nose of ripe blackberries, preserved quince, then lightly of cookie and roasted hazelnuts. Hearty on the palate, with a broad dress, integrated mousse, almost opulent, minimal grapefruit on the finish.
