Fascinating aromas of pickled cherries and wild herbs. Dried autumn trumpets and dried tomatoes. Some long pepper. A slender fruity body imbued with taut acidity. Mineral freshness. Very balanced. Hearty finish with ethereal freshness. An individualist with character.

Complex fragrance with a fine tart berry aroma. Graphite. Roast jus. Some cedar wood. Athletic palate with a mineral and sparse yet polished fruit body. Taut, finely chiseled acidity. Finely bitter tannins. Powerful and elegant with very good length.
