The red wine Cancellaia Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Tenuta Pakravan Papi has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep, dark, impenetrable ruby red colour. Lots of ripe fruit and dark savouriness on the nose, reminiscent of blackberry, liquorice and black pepper. Impressive and warm-hearted on the palate, lots of concentration and fully ripe tannins, well-integrated acidity and a powerful finish. Great ageing potential.
