The prosecco Carletto Prosecco DOC Extra Dry from the winery Tenuta Polvaro has been rated in 2024 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright greenish yellow with numerous pearls. Initially restrained on the nose, subtly reminiscent of pear, melon and meadow flowers. On the palate, animating freshness and well-integrated mousse, shows slightly washed-out fruit in the middle section and lacks a little sprint.
