Tasting Notes
Deep, shimmering ruby. Intense and clear nose with lots of incisive fruit, currant and mulberry, then subtle notes of cedar needles and aromatic wood notes, light resinous touch in the background. Shows cool and polished on notion, lots of juicy dark berry fruit, opens with grippy, dense tannin in many layers, builds long, very deep on the back end. Rich drive, very long finish, some tobacco and subtle mint notes in the finish, a wine with drive and elegance; a great and long future.
