Brilliant dark ruby red. Spicy on the nose, pepper, barrel, rich plums, but also licorice and leather. Lots of tannins on the palate, green-vegetal nerve, but with lots of fruit, earthy, overall clear and precise, well-made, still a little young on the finish, can still age a little.
