Bright straw yellow, sparkling. Fragrant on the nose, with floral tones, chamomile, hay, light apricot, then light herbal spice on the finish. Dry on the palate, with a slight phenolic touch, medium weight, delicately bitter finish. Best aerated in a large carafe before drinking.
