Shows the typical "foxy" notes of Uva Americana: ripe strawberries, sweet flowers, with cassis and a subtle, yeasty smokiness behind it. Becomes less intrusive with air. Surprisingly dry on the palate with a fine, harmonious mousse and gripping, ripe acidity. Wild strawberry notes on the long, slightly salty finish.
