Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, bright ruby colour with a subtle rust-brown rim. Initially a little reductive on the nose, reminiscent of burnt rubber, then light creamy tones, strawberry and a hint of savouriness. Juicy on the palate, clear, with pronounced fruit, slightly savoury on fine ginger notes, then narrows slightly on the finish.
