Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Rich, deep dark ruby with garnet glints. Compact nose with notes of cassis and balsamic, plus cloves and some cinnamon. Shows on the palate unfortunately quite brittle, drying tannins, seems quite edgy in the finish.
