Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright lemon yellow with gold glints. Opens up with nuances of white peach, pineapple, lime syrup and soft notions of savoury herbs. Succulently flows over the palate, distinct and straightforward, slightly salty, and very drinkable, finishing with traction, and grapefruit on the finish.
