The red wine Auronera Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Terra Nera has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Peppermint and blackberry, sage, thyme. Then again fruity series. Quite a powerful body on the palate, the alcohol is present but is overshadowed by an extremely dense extract and ripe, yet fresh fruit. Despite the fire and the volume, the tannin remains unencumbered, with a medium grain size that matches the aromas and mild, soft components.
