The red wine Auronera Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Terra Nera has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Roasted new wood, notes of dried meat, thyme and sage. Bitter chocolate. Powerful in the mouth with fine, but also structured tannins, dense, "warm" and plump, but also with plenty of juiciness and a mineral tinge that lends freshness. Still youthful and compact, with very good proportions and excellent ageing potential.
