Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple glints, faint ochre hue at the rim. Subtle herbal savouriness, black forest berries, a touch of suede, with undertone nuances of cassis and liquorice. Juicy, sweet damsons, black cherries, ripe tannins, refined acidity structure. A complex food companion with a sweet finale and great potential.
