It has a light salmon pink colour with a copper touch. On the nose there are lovely floral nuances of hibiscus and jasmine, delicate hints of rosolio liqueur, and cherry compote. It is juicy, with good complexity, and is freshly structured, with wonderfully balanced fruit, some minerality, and persistence. It is a full-bodied aperitif, and a very special treat when nicely chilled.
