Strong wood notes and spontaneous fermentation aromas characterise the bouquet, which also displays somewhat "loud" spicy aromas: pepper, passion fruit, asparagus, paprika and apricot. The palate initially impresses with its power and alcohol strength, which pushes the structure to its limits, but the finesse of the phenols and the penetrating tactile minerality create a miracle of balance. Very distinctive.
