Medium in colour. A cherry-like Pinot aroma. Cherry-stone. Also white and green pepper. Very subtle, only structurally effective wood. The palate opens with fine-grained, slightly dry tannins, then develops a certain juiciness with ripe acidity, and ends with ethereal, herbaceous components.
