Deep ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. On the nose, dark wild berries, hints of blackberry, pesto and vanilla with a subtle, background herbal savouriness. Juicy fruit expression, elegant with fine acidity, ripe, supporting tannins, a subtle chocolaty texture on the finish with mineral-salty notes and a touch of pepper. Good length and definite ageing potential.
