Tasting Notes
Intense dark red. Ripe fruit on the nose with notes of preserved plum and sour cherry. Also roasted notes with hints of mocha and warm spices. Beautifully broad on the palate with matching, well-balanced acidity. Fine but noticeable tannins, medium length with fruity notes and a vegetal touch. All in all, still very young.
