This has intense ripe fruit on the nose, with aromas of plum, multi-fruit confit, smoky nuances, and waxy notes of ripeness. It is medium-bodied on the palate, with a concise fresh acidity, again with plum and smoky notes. It finishes medium to long, with pepper nuances, and the tannins are a little grippy.
