A bright straw yellow colour with a silver sheen and a persistent mousse. Very fragrant and expressive nose, fine citrus fruit and light notes of iodine, cantaloupe melon. Bright and juicy on the palate with a well-integrated mousse, beautiful tension and density, also light-footed, beautiful length, dry.
