Brilliant, shimmering silver grey with a persistent mousse. Fragrant nose of white peach, delicate honey scent and some tropical fruit. On the palate, equally fine hints of honey with ripe fruit, the mousse remains lively, good freshness in the finish, but appears somewhat sticky.
More about the tastingBright, shiny straw yellow. Fine, clean and persistent mousse. Floral notes of hawthorn on the nose, followed by fruity notes of green apple, melon and lemon zest. Juicy and fresh on the palate. Pronounced effervescence and a dry, clean and persistent finish.
