Tasting Notes
Some wood, heart cherry, canned tomato, milk chocolate. Increasingly herbal and spicy with air contact, sage. But also initial development, a very faint hint of Marsala. Powerful on the palate, dense but mellow tannins, stable acidity, the structural part lasts a long time and integrates a hint of freshness-giving green tones. Rich fruit on the finish, long.
