Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Powerful, dark ruby. Opens with fine notes of cherry jelly and cooked cranberries, with thyme in the background. Powerful on the palate, but also shows some rough tannins, with clear woody notes on the finish. Dries out.
