Bright straw yellow with delicate greenish reflections. Fragrant nose, very savoury, lemon peel, white peach, dragon fruit, fresh peppermint, with a sea salt finish. Holds back on the palate with the mousse, airy and light-footed, but lots of wine in the core, salty, long, delicately bitter, animating finish.
