Tasting Notes
Brilliantly shimmering lemon yellow. Initially slightly reductive, then opens up to freshly cut yellow apple and quince, somewhat smoky, walnut and hay in the background. Lively on the palate, it is bold on the tongue, hearty at the core, goes into the finish with full emphasis and lingers for a long time.
