Bright ruby red with a fine mousse. The nose has very fine aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberry confit and peach cordial with a hint of nutmeg. Sweet on the palate, with a fine mousse and subtle tannin, reminiscent of peach iced tea with a savoury note. An easy drinking style, especially with light summer dishes.
