Tasting from 23.05.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brightest silver with persistent mousse. On the nose clear minerality underpinned by a lot of flint and candied orange, honeycomb in the echo. On the palate the minerality and flint is reinforced, spreading very nicely across. Subtle candied nuances, elegant and fine on the finish.
