Tasting from 19.10.2017: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. A bit shy at first, fresh notes of dark berries confit, blackberries, a hint of sea buckthorn, a delicate hint of eucalyptus and spearmint, subtle juniper underpinnings. Complex, tightly meshed, fine fruitiness, ripe heart cherries, silky, structured tannins, has great length, pleasant ethereal flavours on the finish, mineral and long lasting, savoury finish, still very young, has good ageing potential.
