The red wine Ciliegiolo Maremma Toscana DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Tenuta Aquilaia has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points.
Dark ruby. Juicy cherries, rich plums, cassis and currants on the nose, with a peppery, leathery aftertaste. On the palate fresh fruit and finely-meshed tannins, spreads out radiantly, beautiful juiciness, minimal drying on the finish.
