Tasting from 11.06.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby. Noble-looking, dark forest berry fruit with savoury, herbal nuances, beautifully integrated oak notes, freshly ground coffee. Medium breadth on the palate, elegant and fresh. Beautifully integrated but still noticeable, fine tannin. Long finish. Can still mature.

More about the tasting

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Delicately savoury layer of dark forest berry, mineral touch, delicate fine oak savouriness. Complex, fine savoury, vivid, still somewhat dominant tannin, salty-graphite on the finish, will profit from further bottle ageing.
