Bright salmon pink in the glass. Spicy and berryish aroma, liquorice, blackberries, blackcurrants, allspice, balsamic notes of menthol and camphor. Deep on the palate, pithy structure, full-bodied and dense, ripe acidity with drive that binds the alcohol well, with hearty roasted or grilled dishes.
