Very dominant malt note in the first impression, yeasty, young and floral, characterised by fermentation aromas. Fresh pineapple blossom, lemon zest and grapefruit zest. Noticeably sweet on the palate, with flavours reminiscent of cantaloupe melon and kiwi. Present acidity and restrained minerality.
