The German oenologist Stefan Dorst brings one of the best Spanish Cabernets to the bottle: noble, fine, still very young style, almost slender, but still ripe Cabernet Sauvignon, chocolate, iodine, citrus, slightly peppery, very playful in the mouth, intellectual, acid-accentuated finish.
