Intense greenish yellow. On the nose some fine oak, toast, roasted hazelnuts, ripe banana, candied lemon, a touch of milk chocolate, a slight hint of bell peppers; very complex and inviting. The palate is harmonious and balanced, showing fine ripe bell pepper tones, plus a creamy texture coupled with great freshness and complexity, long and clear in the finish.
